Nutri
Ninja blender reviews vs NutriBullet blender Rx Reviews.
Today we're testing two cost-effective
lenders that claim to do a really great job at breaking down the cell
walls of fruits and vegetables, the NutriBullet RX blender and the NutriNinja
duo blender.
With auto IQ, one of the main
reasons people invest in a high powered blender is so that they can
make their own green juices and smoothies. And I love making mine at
home because I saved so much money. They're so expensive. When you go
out for expensive, like $10 a smoothie, way too expensive. Yes, you
can do it for, you know, two or $3 if that.
Sometimes. For our green juice blend
off. I like to use one of our most popular recipes on our website,
the doctor as new green juice, because it's highly fibrous. There's
lots of fruits, lots of veggies, herbs, ginger, and it's a green
juice recipe that a regular blender typically can't handle very well.
And we're going to blend for 90
seconds, which is the minimum amount of time required to make a whole
food green juice in a power blender. So let's get ready. Let's get
this blend off started. So when you guys are using a blended and go
cups, you, you stack things hard to stop. So it's opposite from like,
uh, you know, Blendtec blender or Vitamix blender or the kind that you've put it
through the lid where it's, you stack things soft to hard.
It's the opposite. So you want to do
like I send, you know, Apple and things that are hard at the bottom.
These carrots, definitely
that's a greens. There's cucumber.
What happens when you don't stack it from hardness to softness? It's
just sometimes it makes the blender work a lot harder. You know, you
don't want to have to like take it out and, and shake it around too
much if you can avoid it. So I hope I can fit all of this in here.
Otherwise I'll just eat it right
now. Yeah, rock. And then you, you would add your liquids last adding
liquids last. I definitely like the container size. This is way
bigger. Yeah. This one, I'm kind of having a hard time fitting
everything in and the blade is not going all the way down, so I don't
want it to get stuck in this pineapple.
So gonna leave that piece out.
Okay. So with, with the, uh,
NutriNinja, the container has to be securely locked into place. So
you see here, um, when the NutriNinja cups are, are in place, the
only auto ICU settings that you can use are here. So basically with
the NutriNinja cups, you can't use the frozen. Um, drinks and
smoothies setting only that can be used with the pitcher.
And then vice versa with the
pitcher, you cannot use these ultra blend NutriNinja setting. So
just, just an FYI. Good to know. Um, and we're going to blend for 90
seconds. I'm going to blend on high, which is basically what that is,
what you turn it on. Um, but your cycle, your is like one minute, so
you're going to have to like flood for an extra 30 seconds.
So I'll turn mine off and turn mine
back on. Yes. All right, let's get started. Okay. Ready? Set. Go.
Retail's brand new for $179 and 99
cents there is also a refurbished NutriBullet RX for $134 and 99
cents it features a 2.3 horsepower, 1700 watt motors. And hands-free

blast, easy poor pitcher with a vented lick of 30 ounce short cup of
45 ounce oversized cup, a comfort ring and stay fresh lid and a

The NutriNinja duo with auto IQ
price ranges from $199 to $250 depending on how many accessories you
get. It features a two horsepower, 1500 watt motor and auto IQ
technology. Which is basically pre timed automatic settings and keep
in mind certain settings only work with certain containers. The
NutriNinja duo comes with one interchangeable extractor blade and one
total crushing blade, three NutriNinja cuffs, 20 ounce, 24 ounce and
32 ounce, all with sip and seal libs, a 72 ounce blending pitcher and
a recipe book.
Well that was loud. Yeah, they're
definitely not quiet, but most power blenders aren't quiet. So great.
Okay, there we go,
boys, we need some muscle. Okay, so
first thing we're going to do is a. Mouth test to just test the
texture. So just seeing a little bit, Oh, you can just do it that way
too. What? See. And technically these are blend and go cups. So a lot
of people then put the little sippy lid on it and then just take it
to go to work in the morning.
So people like those. Okay. So I'm
going to get your straw. Oh, cute straw. Thanks.
Mine's really smooth.
Yeah. I've definitely got some
texture. Taste.
There's tastes with her ears has
really texturized. Yeah. If that's the right word for it. I think we
definitely have. I like something like gritty, fibrous grit. Okay,
well, let's see if we can see it. Oh, is this mirror test?
Okay. They look very similar. You do
usually with this smear test, so you're actually can feel, feel the
texture, if there's any, if there's any chunks or pieces.
Now you can try mine
smoother.
Yeah, I've done that before. That's
actually gonna see it right on her fingers.
And depending on what tastes you
like, you might like the more fibrous style, the better. But I think
I like the smooth, smooth, better. I like it. Smooth. And, and I, and
I've done this at another green juice test that we did with the other
Ninja, which was like their first model. It was only a thousand Watts
and it was, it was actually a lot more texture than this.
Um, and I did do this test, or is
it. So I did do this test, um, before with this same jar, which is
the same total crushing pitcher that's in that first Ninja model. Um,
it's just that this one has more power. So I thought it would, you
know, get the, the green juice smoother and it didn't. So I just
think this type of blade assembly isn't really the best for
interesting.
Pulverizing you know, leafy greens
and veggies. This, the Nutri Ninja blender Cups are actually a lot better. Got
it. What am I questions? Is the smoother the texture, is it less
nutrient dense or do you prefer to have a smoother smoothie? It's
not, it's not any less nutrient intense like, well, when you, when
you polarize it and you make it completely homogenous, it, it is, um,
breaking down the cell walls of the fruits and vegetables.
So you are going to get more
nutrition readily available cause it's broken down, but you know your
body's going to break down. So even if there's a little, he knows.
It's like, like, uh, I didn't text her to your screen smoothie.
You're still going to get a lot of nutrition. So the last test we're
going to do is the test.
Not too much, just enough.
And you can tell cause yours is, see
how yours is going through more like these pieces are because it's
not 100% here's a step in the . So here is the results of our sip
test
so I was completely won over by the
NutriBullet RX blender and the smear test and the sip test because I got a
completely homogenous green juice in 90 seconds. So I would
definitely recommend this for somebody who doesn't want to spend the
money on a Vitamix or a Blendtec, this is your more affordable
option.
Definitely. Yeah. And the
NutriNinja blender , you know, it's definitely a great value. It's a powerful
blender. Um, it just didn't quite measure up, shine, and like, I
thought it would, that's still a great blender. Yeah, definitely. And
it's, it's very versatile. So, you know, I do like the auto IQ, like
time settings and different things.
Um. In terms of making it like a
super smooth green juice or green smoothie. I think the neutral and
RX definitely I when, when this Glenda, I won this blend off to see
our full NutriBullet versus NutriNinja of you and all the other tests
that we did. Be sure to check out the link you see right here. I'm
wondering, Dave Tarashonne, if you guys have any other blend offs
that you'd like to see, please let us know in the comments or feel
free to reach out on social media or contact us on our website.
